HPA Series Horizontal Automatic Strapping

Use: it is suitable for packing some relax materials such as waste paper (carton and news print etc.), waste plastic (PET bottle, plastic film and reusable container etc.), straw and so on.
Characteristics：
1) PLC control cooperates with man-machine interface (touch screen) and form monitoring; in-phase action indicating diagram cooperates with error warning; it can set length of packing block.
2) Left, right and upward floating necking down design is convenient for automatic distributing pressure towards all directions, which is suitable for packing of different materials.
3) Automatic strapping can enhance packing speed.
4) It adopts sphere configuration to connect pushing cylinder and pushing head that has good creditability and oil seal has long service life.
5) Feed port has scattered cutter that has high cutting capacity.
6) Low noise hydraulic pressure loop design has high efficiency and low malfunction.
7) It’s convenient for installation without base.
