ZM-215 Model Rubber Crasher: based on the principle of cutting and grinding theory, this machine can crash 5-10 mesh powders in to 20-35 mesh ones. ZM-22 Model Super-fineness Rubber Crasher: based on the principle of cutting and grinding theory, this machinecan crash 15-28 mesh powders in to 40-80 mesh ones.

Drum chipping machine:
Engine base, as bearing foundation of the whole set of machine, is welded by high tensile steel plate. Two, three or four fly cutters are installed on knife roller. Fly-cutter bolt specially manufactured fixes the fly cutters on knife roller by right of pushing broach block. According to different thickness of cutting raw material, upper feed roller assembly can float up and down within certain scope in virtue of hydraulic system. Qualified sheet stock cut down falls down through screen mesh and then discharges from bottom, large sheet stock being cut again in the machine.

Hydraulic system: supplied from hand oil pump to oil cylinder, it is capable of starting up cover cap and convenient for replacement of cutting blade; when carrying out maintaining, it can raise up the upper feed roller assembly, convenient for adjusting the clearance between fly cutter and bed knife as well as dismounting the combing plate. This series of chipping machine can make log, lop wood, slab, waste veneer, bamboo wood, cotton stalk as well as other wood fiber into basic material of man-made panel and pulping and paper making.
